DONNA MILANI LUTHER
An arts educator for over thirty years, named Massachusetts Outstanding Arts Educator of the Year by the Massachusetts Alliance for Art Education and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Donna is currently Head of Inly School, a co-educational independent day school in Massachusetts for students ages 2 – 14. Since 1989 she has been a member of the Leadership Development faculty at the Creative Problem Solving Institute at the University of Buffalo, where she teaches Facilitation through the Arts, Integrating Creativity and Leadership and Team Building to educators and business professionals worldwide. She is an adjunct faculty member at Lesley College in the national and international M.Ed. program for Creative Arts in Learning. She has presented at conferences throughout the United States and in Brazil, China, and Israel. With a performance background in theatre, music, and dance, Donna has more than 30 years experience and credits in over 200 productions. For seven years, Donna was the camp director for The Britney Spears Camp for the Performing Arts. In addition to directing this program, Donna created the entire program and curriculum.
Colleen teaches movement and dance at Inly School in Scituate, MA. Colleen has taught ballet, modern, tap, choreography, pedagogy, and musical theatre dance at the University of Notre Dame, St. Mary’s College and Bridgewater State College. While living in New York City, Colleen trained with Lee Theodore, (musical theatre), Robert Christopher, (ballet), Jeanne Bresciani, (Isadora Duncan technique) and was a member of the Spoke The Hub Modern Dance Company. She is a frequent choreographer for the Bridgewater State College Theatre Department in Bridgewater, MA and the Weston Playhouse in Weston, Vermont. Colleen specializes in the Isadora Duncan technique and has toured extensively in Greece, including the Delphic Games of 2005, as a member of the Isadora Duncan International Institute Dancers. In addition, she is the director of the After School Program at Inly School where programs vary from soccer and lacrosse to choral singing and quilting. Colleen holds a BA in Theatre and Dance from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN and an MFA in Choreography and Performance from Smith College, Northampton, MA.
NINA BIGGAR DEL VECCHIO
Director of Development and Operations
For several years Nina worked with The Britney Spears Foundation, and The Justin Timberlake Foundation, and most recently 50 Cent’s The G-Unity Foundation. She currently works with the Jam Master Jay Foundation for Music. She has been involved with Summer Stars Camp for the Performing Arts for 15 years and has loved every minute of it!
Previous to these roles, she was a program officer at Associated Grant Makers of Massachusetts, where she produced programming for grant makers on topics ranging from welfare reform to philanthropy in the black church.
Steve Stockman is a writer and director, most recently of the independent feature film Two Weeks, starring Sally Field, Ben Chaplin, Tom Cavanagh and Clea DuVall. A veteran commercial director, Steve’s television campaigns for entertainment clients like Disney, Village Roadshow’s Austereo Group, Hearst Corporation, CBS, and ABC have been seen on TV on four continents, and widely featured in the press– from articles in the trades to CBS’s “48 Hours.” Before entering a life of film, Steve spent 9 years on and off-air in radio. His hobbies, in addition to his family (wife, 2 kids, cats) include teaching creativity to adults, and film and acting to kids. He is a graduate of Brown University.
